Wellington Wedding Photographers
Creating bright, colorful, romantic wedding images for you and your family
Welcome to the website of Wild Photography, specialist wedding photographers based in Johnsonville, Wellington. We photograph weddings in the Wellington region, the Wairarapa, Masterton, and Kapiti. Martinborough is one of our favourite places to photograph weddings, with the brilliant weather that’s so often better than Wellington, friendly people, and great landscapes it’s a relaxing and picturesque place to get married. We’ve photographed many weddings there over the years, and we know lots of great spots for photos.
Tim qualified as NZIPP certified Professional Wedding Photographer in 2008, but is by choice no longer an NZIPP member. This qualification means we reached a professional standard of photography, ethics and business practices.
We use the latest photographic technology, with professional digital SLR cameras, high end lenses and flashes, radio triggers to let us use off camera lighting, and most importantly we understand how it all works so we can make great image no matter the light, the weather, or the location. We have backup cameras, lenses, and flashes, just in case anything happens to our main gear – better safe than sorry! We work with a lot of off camera lighting, including portable studio lighting, to make the best images possible on your wedding day.
We’ve been photographing weddings in Wellington since since 2005, for over ten years, so we’ve been to most of the churches and venues in the area. We always scout any locations we haven’t been before, with our customers, so we’re familiar with the locations on your wedding day.
If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email, the details are on our contact page.
