Proofs
Proofs are usually available 2-3 weeks after a wedding, this varies depending on how busy we are. The proofs are only put online after the bride and groom have seen their photos, it’s their wedding and they paid for the photos, so it’s only fair they see them first! If the bride and groom go away on a long honeymoon their images won’t be online until after they get back.
For a sneek peak at photos before the full set of proofs is available check out our blog!
The minimum order for prints is $50, plus delivery, due to minimum orders and delivery charges from our lab. Your prints are delivered by courier 2-4 weeks from the date you make your order.
Digital Files
Digital files are available to order for some galleries, this is a new feature so please bear with us if it doesn’t work perfectly.
There is no minimum order for digital files, but the software running the store still insists on the standard $50 minimum. Please add multiple copies of the digital image you’d like to your cart and we will supply only one. Do not pay using the built in feature, we will email you a PayPal invoice to pay securely online. You must choose “buyer will pick up” as your shipping option. Early bird specials apply when your order goes over $50, until then standard prices apply.
Digital delivery is within seven days of your order, though is usually sooner. If your order contains only digital files and you’ve paid online your shipping charge will be refunded when prints are delivered. If you order prints and digital files in the same order the minimum number of prints is five. Digital images are licensed for the individual purchasing them, and may not be emailed, shared digitally, or put online, though you can make prints for as many people as you like. A free facebook sized image is available at no charge on request with the purchase of a digital image. For the large digital image please disregard the advice of any lab that tells you there’s not enough pixels for an 8×12″ print, the print will come out looking fantastic, either tell them to do it anyway or use a more professional, knowledgeable lab.
